The UBC farm exists as a set of systems within a greater condition. Natural processes occur, alongside research,
education and planned agriculture. This exploration takes an inventory of the existing program, the behavioral activities and requirements of people on the farm and proposes a confluence of program on the farm itself, while
generating a divergence of activity and access to aid in the efficiency of functions on the farm. This exploration
considers the given tractor shed site as a hub of maintenance, education, research, storage and experience. This
"Hub" is explored on three distinct levels relative to program requirements and access.
